Learned APP upon instructions states that the investigation papers brought by the Investigating Officer do not make out any case against the applicant.

In this situation, we grant Investigating Officer time of three weeks to file proper report before the trial court. With this liberty and keeping all contentions of the applicant open, we dispose of the present proceedings.
