Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, having regard to the peculiar facts of this case, the trial of R. C. S. No. 1212 of 2015 is expedited. The trial Court is requested to dispose of the suit preferably within 18 months from the date of receipt of this order.
