The Petitioner takes exception to the order passed by the Learned Judicial Member, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mumbai, by which order, the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner came to be dismissed. In the light of the judgment of the Apex Court in (2011) 14 SCC 337 in the matter of Nivedita Sharma Vs. Cellular Operators Association of India, the Petitioner would have to approach the National Consumer Commission, if he is aggrieved by the impugned order, the writ jurisdiction of this Court cannot be invoked for the purposes of challenging an order passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Hence, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
