By this letter, the learned Judge has sought extension of four months' time for the disposal of Obstructionist Notice No.68/2005 in R.A.E. Suit No.872/2043 of 1992. 2.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the letter dated 16.5.2018, extension of four months' time for the disposal of Obstructionist Notice No.68/2005 in R.A.E. Suit No.872/2043 of 1992 is granted. Office is directed to communicate this order to the learned Judge, Small Causes Court at Mumbai.
