The Learned Counsel for the Appellant Mr. Vechlekar states that the Appellant wife and the Respondent husband have reached an out of court settlement and therefore the Appellant is not desirous of proceeding with the above Family Court Appeal. The above Family Court Appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed.

In view of the disposal of the above Family Court Appeal, the Civil Application No.45 of 2015 does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of as such.
