Respondent No.2 Gram Panchayat which has carried out alleged illegal assessment is from Ahmednagar District. Cause of action therefore has arisen in territorial jurisdiction of Aurangabad Bench of this High Court.

Since interim order is already operating, we direct the Registry to transfer the petition to Aurangabad Bench. 3.

List before appropriate the Bench at Aurangabad as per roster on 7/10/2019.
