By this application, applicant seeks leave to file appeal against the judgment of the Additional Sessions Judge, Malshiras, District: Solapur, dated 9th October, 2014 in Sessions Case No.14 of 2010 acquitting the respondents for the offences punishable under Sections a43, 147, 148, 307 read with Sections 149, 323, 504, and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

We have heard learned APP and we have perused the findings recorded by the trial Court. Upon such perusal, in our opinion, this is a fit case for grant leave. We, accordingly, allow this application and 1/2

The appeal filed by State stands admitted.

Action under Section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure be taken by the trial Court, by issuing bailable warrant for Rs.20,000/- each against respondent.
