The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 by inviting attention to the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.2270 of 2021 (Gaurav Ganesh Das Daga & Ors. Vs. Maharashtra Public Service Commission & Anr.), along with connected matters, dated 4th March 2022, submits that the petitioner has got an alternate remedy of approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal for seeking the reliefs sought in this writ petition. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the aforesaid judgment seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. All points raised are kept open. 4.
