The Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner for directions to hear and dispose of the Transfer Review Application No. 15 of 2016 filed by the Petitioner on 23rd June, 2015, which is pending before the DRT-II, Mumbai, within two to four weeks. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2, 4 & 5 has pointed out that there is already an order passed by this Court on 19th October, 2018 in Writ Petition No. 11458 of 2018 whereby directions have been given to the DRT-II, Mumbai to dispose of the AKN 1/2

In the circumstances, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the DRT-II, Mumbai to dispose of the Transfer Review Application No. 15 of 2016 at the earliest and in any event within a period of three months from today.
