Ms. Pooja Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appellant has not raised any statutory defence. Hence, notice to respondent no.2 is dispensed with.

By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 85 days in filing the appeal.

Having considered the reasons stated in paragraph 2 of the application, which in my considered view, constitute sufficient ground, delay is condoned. Appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
