The Petitioner is convicted in Criminal Case filed against him. The appeal is also dismissed. It is submitted that Criminal Revision is pending before this Court.

Learned counsel submits that the sentence is only suspended and conviction is not suspended. The Petitioner is paid provisional pension. 3.

In such scenario, the Petitioner cannot get pension. Learned counsel submits that provisional pension as per 7th pay scale is also not paid. The representation to that effect is made to the Respondent No. 2. 4.

In case, if such representation is pending, the Respondent No. 2 may take decision upon it on its own merits and in accordance with law by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date:
