The statement of Sadik Ali Mohd Vadir Khan recorded by police on 24/5/2016 does not show commission of any offence by anybody. His supplementary statement recorded on 17/6/2016 also does not sow any such offence. In both the statements he submits that deceased Imran had met with an accident. Effort of father of the deceased who is applicant before us is to demonstrate that Iram was murdered. This contention is only because of alleged inconsistent statements given by the witness Sadiq Mohd Bashir Khan. There is no other material produced before us to show that the deceased Imran could have been murdered either by nilegaonkar 1/2
