Heard the learned Counsel for parties.

By this Civil Application, the Applicants seek to bring on record the legal heirs and representatives of Smt.Manorama Jaysukhlal Adodra, the original Applicant. The Application came to be made within the prescribed period of limitation and as such, there is really no legal obstacle for grant of leave.

However, the learned Counsel for Applicants points out that one of the legal heirs Mahesh Balvantrai Masrani has also expired in January 2015, leaving behind as his legal heirs Mr. Tejas Mahesh Masrani and Mr. Jagesh Mahesh Masrani.

Accordingly, Civil Application is made absolute to the extent of permitting Mr. Tejas Mahesh Masrani and Mr. Jagesh Mahesh Masrani to be on record as legal representatives of Smt.Manorama Jaysukhlal Adodra. Accordingly, the Civil Application is made absolute to the aforesaid extent as also in terms of prayer clause (b) thereof.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
