Mr. Kursija states that respondent has issued Demand Drafts, details whereof are as under:

Mr. Kursija submits that the amount of Rs.2.40 lakhs covers the arrears of rent upto August, 2018 and also rent for the month of September, 2018.

Mr. Sankpal assures that within one week from today, he will furnish bank details of the applicant so that respondent can transmit the rent amount through RTGS, every month.

As the respondent has paid the amount of arrears, no relief can be granted in the Civil Application. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
