2] Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, by an Order dated 31.10.2018 passed by the Trial Court, the Suit as against the respondent No.2/Defendant No.2 stood abated. He therefore prayed that, the name of the respondent No.2 may be deleted from the record. 3] In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
