P.C.:- The learned AGP appearing for the State has placed on record order dated 6 January 2018, issued by the Director of Education, Secondary and Higher Secondary, appointing Shri Javir S.D., as an Administrator, as well as, Board of Administrator consisting of two officials and one non-official. The communication dated 6 January 2018, is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It is transpired during the hearing of the Petition that the directions issued by this Court, while disposing of Writ Petition No. 11818 of 2012, decided on 6 December 2013, have been complied with. ssm 2 4-cp152.15.sxw delay occurred to comply with the directions, has been explained by the State Government. We are accepting the said explanation. In this view of the matter, since the directions issued by this Court are substantially complied with, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition stands disposed of. The notices issued earlier stand discharged.
