Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition. 2.

The order dated 12.3.2021 mentions that the Petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of the arrears of maintenance amount as on 12.3.2021. Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not have instructions as to whether the Petitioner has made payment as directed. She also does not have instructions as to whether he has been regularly paying the maintenance.

Since the Petitioner does not want to pursue this Petition, it can be allowed to be withdrawn. However, the Respondent No.1 is at liberty to take steps for recovery of the arrears and for non-compliance of the order dated 12.3.2021 in accordance with law.

With this observation, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
