This is an application for relaxation of condition No.2 imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by an order dated 22/12/2015 in Bail Application No.2033/15.

The said condition reads as under :

"The applicant shall report to Aarey police station on first Monday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon till the conclusion of trial; "

In view of the facts mentioned in the present application, said condition is modified and the applicant is hereby directed to attend the Aarey Police Station once in three months on every first Monday of the said month between 10.00 a.m. to 12 noon till the conclusion of trial. 4.
