By this petition, the Petitioner is seeking to quash FIR No.9/2020. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has tendered a copy of the 'A' Summary filed by the State before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court on 12 May 2022 which fact is also accepted by the learned APP. In light of this summary submitted, it is not necessary to entertain this petition. Depending upon the outcome of the order to be passed by the learned Magistrate, the Petitioner would have his remedy open. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. (N.R. BORKAR, J.)
