P.C. :- The affidavit in reply has been submitted on behalf of Respondent No.1 and in paragraph no.3 of the reply, an assurance is recorded that the pension for the month of January, February and March 2018 which is due and payable will be paid by end of March

It is further recorded that so far as the regular monthly pension is concerned, the same will be paid every month within four days of receipt of the bills from the Transport Undertaking Department. It is further recorded in the reply, that after issuance of the order dated 4 July 2018, the Respondent No.1 has first paid an amount of Rs.53,70,556/- and a further sum of Rs.53,93,717/- in compliance of the directives. In view of the assurance given in the affidavit in reply presented on behalf of Respondent No.1, the grievance raised by the Petitioner in the instant Petition stands substantially redressed.
