The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 261 of 2022 registered at Chandwad Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The applicant is the father of the deceased. It appears that on the day of incident which took place on 24 July 2022, the deceased came home under the influence of liquor. He then raised a quarrel with the applicant and started assaulting him by iron crowbar. The applicant got annoyed and he too assaulted the deceased by iron rod and caused the death of deceased. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, I am MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

912-BA-211-23.odt inclined to release the applicant on bail. Hence, the following order is passed:

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant- Karbhari Raoba Thoke shall be released on bail in Crime No. 261 of 2022 registered at Chandwad Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
