P.C:- For non-appearance of the Petitioner before the trial court, non-bailable warrant is issued against him with notice to concerned sureties. The next date of MPID Case No.7 of 2019 is on 30 March 2023.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner makes a statement that the Petitioner would appear before the trial court, on the next date and would continue to appear on the following dates. 3.

In view of the same, non-bailable warrant issued against him and the notices issued to the sureties are hereby set aside. The
