As regards the remaining petitioners, learned Counsel for these petitioners has presented to the Court consent terms recording settlement which has been arrived at between these petitioners and respondents No.5 and 6. The Consent terms are taken on record and marked "A" for identification. 4.

These consent terms are the result of voluntary settlement amicably reached between the petitioners, barring petitioner No.17, and respondents No.5 and 6. The relief is claimed only against respondents No.5 and 6. The petition, therefore, can be disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
