The Petitioner has challenged the interim order dated 20/06/2016 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 65th Court, Andheri, Mmbai, in C.C.No.206/DV/2015, thereby the Petitioner and his two brothers each were directed to pay Rs.7000/-p.m. to their sister i.e. the Respondent No.2 in this petition. That order was challenged in the Criminal Appeal No.68 of 2018 before the Court of Sessions at Dindoshi. Learned Additional Sessions Judge modified that order and directed each of the brothers including the petitioner to pay Rs.5000/-p.m. to the Respondent No.2. 2.

32-wp-1148-23 the year 2015, therefore, it would be in the interest of all the parties concerned that hearing of the main matter itself is expedited. He submits that, he is not pressing this petition, at this stage, if the hearing of the main matter is expedited. 3.

The request is reasonable. The petitioner is a senior citizen. In any case, no party can have any objection for expeditious disposal of the main matter. Therefore, I am inclined to expedite the main proceeding and to make it time bound. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the Petitioner is not pressing this petition.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

i)The Metropolitan Magistrate, 65th Court, Andheri, Mumbai is directed to conclude the trial in C.C.No.206/DV/2015 within a period of nine months from today.
