This is the application for setting aside the abatement as against the respondent No.2 and permission to bring respondent No.2a to 2f on record in place of deceased respondent No.2. There is a delay of 12 years and 26 days in filing the application. No one appears on behalf of respondent No.2a to 2f though they have been duly served. The death certificate of the respondent No.2 who died on 06.02.2012 is brought on record. The reason for the delay cause in filing the application is stated in para 4 and 9 of the Civil Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause a, b and c.
