The only relief sought by the Petitioner is that the CCTV footage in question should be taken into consideration during the course of the investigation in C.R. No. 294 of 2017. The learned A.P.P on instructions of API Mr. Hundalekar of Pangri Police Station, Taluka Barsi, District Solapur, makes a statement that the said CCTV footage would be considered by the investigating agency during the course of the investigation. The CD of the footage has been handed over by the learned counsel for the Petitioner to the learned A.P.P Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, who SQ Pathan 1/2

wp.312.18.908.doc hands over the same to the Head Constable Mr. Kothavale of Pangri Police Station, who is personally present in Court. We expect the investigating agency to act in terms of the statement recorded as above. In view of the above, it is not necessary to keep the above Petition pending.
