Heard the learned APP appearing for the Respondent/State. The limited grievance of the Petitioner in his complaint is that he has sought speedy trial in respect of offences registered at Dombivali Ramnagar Police Station bearing CR No.28/13 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the event, if the trial has not commenced or the grievance of the Petitioner still subsists, the same shall be considered and trial shall be completed within a period of 12 months from today. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Criminal Application No.37 of 2019 does not survive, and the same also stands disposed of.
