1) The applicant and the respondent no.2 are husband and wife. 2) The applicant and the respondent no.2 have settled the matter amicably out of Court and have submitted the consent terms dated 2/9/2016. These consent terms are duly signed by the applicant, the respondent no.2, the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Advocate appointed by the Legal Aid Committee to represent the respondent no.2. The learned advocates have signed the said consent terms only for the purpose of identification of parties and it

The respondent no.2 Smt Harshada Rai is personally present in the Court and through the learned APP submitted that she has understood the contents of the said consent terms and that she has signed the same at her free will. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the consent terms filed between the parties, the interim relief granted by order dated 21/1/2016 is hereby confirmed.
