This Application is moved for restoration of First Appeal (Stamp) No.359 of 2022. Application is beyond time by 442 days. The First Appeal was dismissed by way of conditional Order dated 30th September, 2022. This Court had granted three weeks time to remove office objections. In case of failure the registration was directed to the refused. It is stated in the Application that the office of the instructing advocate was shifted and in the process of shifting papers & the file was misplaced and was not traced out for long. Thereafter, nationwide lockdown was imposed Manoj

For this reason delay is caused.

Now the Applicant undertakes to remove office objections within a period of 4 weeks.
