Heard Mr.V.P.Vaidya, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr.P.M.Patel, learned Counsel for the respondents No. 8, 31, 39, 41, 52, 54 & 59 in Civil Application No. 251 of 2015 and for respondents No.1, 4, 7 & 12 in Civil Application No. 276 of 2015. 2.

These applications are taken out seeking permission to amend the cause title by substituting the petitioner's name and address from 'Swan Mills Limited' to 'Swan Energy Limited' and also

-: 2 :- 11.ca.251.15 for issuing public notice for effecting service on rest of the respondents.

For the reasons stated in the applications, Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the cause title shall be made forthwith.

Issue public notice in terms of prayer clause (b) in Marathi newspaper - "Loksatta" which is widely circulated newspaper in the State of Maharashtra. Notice is made returnable after 8 weeks. 5.

Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
