The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.4 on record and for condonation of delay in filing the application. The reasons as to why the delay has occurred in filing the application has been mentioned in paragraph 2 of the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. Pratik Ranade holding for Mr. P. N. Joshi appearing for the original Respondent Nos.1 and 2 says that he has instructions to appear for the heirs of the Respondent No.4 and would file his Vakalatnama within two weeks. He further submits to the orders of the Court in so far as bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.4 on record. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in paragraph 2 of the Civil
Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay in filing the application stands condoned. The heirs of the Respondent No.4 are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment in the above Writ Petition to be carried out within two weeks from date. On amendment being carried out, Petition to be listed for final hearing and to be shown at its appropriate place on the final hearing board. [R.M. SAVANT, J]
