Prayers (A) and (B) which are the only prayers in this Petition read thus :- "(A) Maharashtra Government be directed via Home Department to transfer the probes into the abovementioned cases over to Central Bureau of Investigations; Economic Offences Wing; Mumbai. (B) Central Bureau EOW be directed to proceed as per law." We have perused the averments made in the Petition. The averments are very vague. There is no reference to registration of any First Information Report. Therefore, there is no question of transferring
