Perused the averments made in the application. The writ petition filed

In view of averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out. Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to condition of the applicant removing all office objections within a period of three weeks from today. On failure of the applicant to remove all office objections within the stipulated time, the impugned order of dismissal of the writ petition passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) will stand. If all office objections are removed, writ petition shall be listed on the date fixed as per the C.M.I.S.
