1] Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2] This petition is filed seeking direction to Respondent No.3 to register an FIR against responsible officers of the Forest Department. The Petitioner's grievance is about illegal cutting of Narkya Trees and theft of the timber. The Petitioner contended that despite his best efforts and giving report to the concerned authority no action is taken.

The Report shows that in all 27 cases are filed against 490 accused. Out of these 27 cases, the Petitioner himself is a accused in 12 cases. 4] Therefore, the grievance of the Petitioner appears to have been redressed as necessary action as stated above is already taken. 5] Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
