This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 vide order dated 21.12.2017 passed by learned Additional Session Judge, Pune. The respondent Nos.1 and 2 were apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. No.93 of 2007 registered with Deccan Police Station, Pune for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 466, 471, 474, 506(1) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This application is preferred by original complainant challenging order passed by learned Session Judge, granting anticipatory bail.

I have perused the interim order. The learned Judge has meticulously considered the factual aspects and by assigning reasons, anticipatory bail was granted to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on certain terms and conditions. More than three years have passed after the impugned order was passed by learned Sessions Judge. The order referred to detailed reasons for granting relief. There is no reason to interfere with the interim order. Hence the application is deserved to be rejected.

ORDER

Criminal Application No.47 of 2018 stand rejected. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
