At the outset, learned APP makes a statement that the investigating agency does not intend to arrest the applicant No.2 in this case. It would be sufficient if she attends the police station as and when called and co-operates with the investigation. 2.

Considering this situation, following order is passed:

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant No.2 in connection with C.R.No. I 290 of 2019 registered with Vasai Police station, the applicant No.2 is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The Applicant No.2 shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.

(iii) The application on behalf of the applicant No.1 is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such.
