Ms. Anamika Malhotra, APP, for the Respondent No.1-State. Mr. Umesh Mane-Patil, ACP, Tulinj Police Station and Mr. A. S. Pawar, PSI, Khadakpada Police Station, present. .....

CORAM : PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.

DATED : 22nd MARCH, 2024.

P.C.

Having heard the respective sides, prima facie, it appears that the applicant has tendered a misconceived and misleading application. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has already been married to the accused and is now cohabiting with him.

It also appears that the applicant has attempted to misuse the police machinery. Such conduct is highly deprecated. REKHA PRAKASH PATIL REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date: 2024.03.30 12:19:42 +0530 Rekha Patil
