We have carefully perused the prayer in the application / petition and also the operative part of the judgment of the trial Court. The prayer of the petitioner is that the sentences awarded to him to run concurrently. 2.

The trial Court has taken care of the said prayer by observing in clause (3) of the operative part of the order passed in Sessions Case No.331 of 2014 that, both the sentences shall run concurrently. The said judgment was delivered by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan on 30.03.2016. 3.

In that view of the matter, we do not think necessary to keep this petition pending. Hence, the petition stands disposed of. 4.

Registry shall send a copy of this order to the concerned jail authority, who in turn shall communicate the same to the petitioner. (MILIND N. JADHAV, J.) (S. S. SHINDE, J.) Minal Parab 1/1
