On this writ petition, firstly an order was passed on 27th January 2014 and thereafter on 5th February 2014. The later order directs the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner in terms of an agreement executed by the State Government subject to the conditions of the petitioner filing an undertaking in this Court in terms of order dated 4th May 2011 passed in Civil Application No. 1066 of 2011 in Writ Petition No. 10239 of 2009. The undertaking was to be filed within one week from the date of this later order. 8th July 2019

After that date and possibly on account of the benefit derived from the ad-interim order, the petitioner and its Advocate have sought adjournments and particularly to carry out amendment. After the amendment was carried out and it was expected that the petition would be argued thoroughly, today we are informed by the petitioners Advocate that this petitioner, Dinesh Engineering Pvt Ltd is not cooperating and giving requisite instructions and has not even bothered to contact the Advocates thereafter. 3.
This Court has been taking up a batch of petitions on the point together.

In this batch, the petition of Dinesh Engineering was listed first. None is present on behalf of Dinesh Engineering though they are duly informed about the pendency of this petition and further dates.

The writ petition is dismissed.
6.
The benefit of the ad-interim order cannot be derived any longer by this entity.
