69 wp 1740-17.doc P.C.:- The Petitioners were erstwhile employees of Respondent No.1 who is now in liquidation. Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that they are seeking recovery of their dues by attachment of property of Respondent No.1. These Writ Petitions were filed prior to the respondent No.1 going in liquidation.
2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners points out that the Petitioners have already lodged their claim with the Official Liquidator who has been appointed. Once the Petitioners have lodged their claim with the Official Liquidator, the Official Liquidator will have to take necessary steps as per law. In view of these developments, the Writ Petitions need not be entertained. 3.
Keeping all contentions of the Petitioners open as above, Writ Petitions are disposed of.
