The petitioners are objecting to the order passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal on 9.1.2017 thereby directing the petitioners to deposit an amount of Rs.15.00 lacs on or before 30.1.2017 for entertaining the appeal. 2.

We have perused the order. We do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the Appellate Tribunal. The only request made by the petitioners, in respect of extension of time to deposit the amount, deserves consideration. Time to deposit the amount shall stand extended upto 20.2.2017, in respect of the deposit of amount of Rs.15.00 lacs. In view of the above, writ petition is disposed off.
