The applicant is facing trial at the instance of respondent No. 2 for the offences punishable under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. After hearing the counsel for the applicant and the learned APP, it is directed that non1/2

905)APL76.15 bailable warrant issued against the applicant shall be cancelled on payment of Rs.10000/- by way of cost to the complainant. The applicant shall appear before the trial Court on the next date of hearing. It is made clear that, in case the applicant remains absent on next date of hearing, the learned Magistrate shall take all necessary steps to get him arrested immediately to make him under trial prisoner.

The applicant stands disposed of.
