The matter was heard on 23.1.2017 when learned counsel for respondent no.1A submitted that Indubai, wife of respondent no.1 had expired. At the request of Mr.Kamble, matter was adjourned to 24.1.2017 and thereafter was adjourned till today. Mr. Kamble confirms death of Indubai. He submits that in view of death of Indubai, this petition has become infructuous and the petition may be disposed of.
