The learned counsel for the applicant submits that Criminal Application No.25 of 2018 is pending before the Addl. Sessions Judge at Sangli. By an order dated 11.1.2018, the interim relief was not extended and the matter was posted for hearing on 15.1.2018. It is apparent from the order that reasons have been assigned by the learned Court. 2.
