Writ Petition No. 3307 of 2009, Writ Petition No. 3308 of 2009 and Writ Petition No. 3335 of 2009 were disposed of on 1 April 2021 by passing following order:
"1.
These petitions have been notified as per the list of matters as received from the office of the learned Government Pleader to have become infructuous. As per the office notice dated 16 March 2021, the Advocates for the petitioners/petitioners were called upon to give a praecipe in advance in case the petitions have not become infructuous. Such praecipe has not been received in regard to these petitions. Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of as infructuous however with liberty to the petitioners to revive the petitions in case the cause of action survives.

Disposed of in the above terms. No costs."

Under these orders liberty was given to the Petitioners to revive the petitions in case cause survives. Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that cause in the Petitions survive and it has not become infructuous.

Accordingly, interim applications are allowed. Orders dated 1 April 2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 3307 of 2009, Writ Petition No. 3308 of 2009 and Writ Petition No. 3335 of 2009 are recalled. Writ petitions are restored to file.
