This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the acquittal of the respondent nos. 1 and 2 in Sessions Case No. 6 of 2017 thereby acquitting the respondent nos. 1 and 2 for the offence punishable under section 306 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The delay is of 86 days.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5, the delay of 86 days in filing the application needs to be condoned in the interest of justice.
