The applicant was granted bail by Sessions Court vide order dated 7th July 2018. The applicant was also permitted to furnish cash security for a temporary period. The applicant was released on bail after furnishing cash security. Thereafter applications were made before the Sessions Court for extension of time to furnish surety and time has been extended till 3rd February 2019. The applicant by preferring this application seeks relaxation of the condition to furnish solvent local surety/sureties, as stipulated in clause-1 of order dated 7th July 2018 passed by the Sessions Court. Apparently the applicant has not preferred any application before the Sessions Court seeking such a relaxation. In the circumstances the applicant will be at liberty to prefer application before Sessions Court seeking relaxation of appropriate condition. In event such an application is preferred, the same shall be decided on merits and in accordance with law. The application is disposed off.
