By way of filing this petition, the petitioner has raised the grievance that he is not being given proper medical treatment in the medical hospital attached to the jail and that the prison guards are extracting money from his relatives.

Learned APP has tendered across the Bar a report prepared by Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai-11, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.

After going through the said report, it appears that the petitioner has been released from jail on 23.01.2014 pursuant to the judgment and order of his acquittal passed by the the trial Court dated 12.01.2014. 4.
