By this application, the applicant prays for the appointment of another counsel from the Legal Aid Panel instead of the counsel who had been appointed earlier. We, accordingly allow this application and direct that the counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent the applicant in Criminal Appeal No.655 of 2012.

The appointment of adv. Mr. Khamkar, therefore, stands cancellled in the light of the request of the applicant. 3.
