1] In view of the Final Notifcation dated 11th September 2019 notifying the Eco-sensitive Zone around Tungareshwar Wildlife Sanctuary, learned Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with right reserved to take action as per law if the Petitioner has a grievance to the Final Eco-sensitive Zone Notifcation dated 11th September 2019.
